Senior / Alumni Permanent Address Form

Graduating students are asked to provide a permanent address that the college can use to correspond with you in the future.

Ceremony Details for May 21, 2008

  • Ceremony Rehearsal: 9:30 am in the Thomas F. Sullivan Arena at St. Anselm College
  • Graduation Barbecue from noon - 2:30 pm at MCC, near the pavillion / soccer field area
  • Commencement Ceremony at 7:00pm at St. Anselm College, Manchester, NH; line up at 5:30pm
  • A photo arena will be available for family and friends.

Invitations

  • Available two weeks before graduation from your academic advisor.
  • Although they are not needed to enter the ceremony, graduates will receive a keepsake set of five.

Caps & Gowns

  • Go to the Bookstore to be fitted – deadline: April 4, 2008.

Graduation Fee

Used for the printing of diplomas, rental of St. Anselm, caps, gowns and tassels, sound system, printing of programs and invitations, rental of chairs, flowers, ambulance services, and St. Anselm security services.

Academic Issues

  • Meet with your Academic Advisors NOW to ensure completion of degree requirements.
  • Students with a CGPA of 3.3 or higher will receive a gold honor tassel at rehearsal, provided they have completed ALL of their requirements prior to graduation.
  • Two free OFFICIAL transcripts will be mailed to you after graduation. If you need any prior to graduation, they are $3.00 each.

PLEASE NOTE: At the completion of the Spring 2008 semester, after all grades have been posted, the Registrar’s Office will do final degree audits. Students who are still missing courses toward degree requirements will be contacted. Any student who is taking a class(es) at another institution, must have transcripts from that institution received by the Registrar’s Office no later than Friday, May 16, 2008 in order to receive a degree at the graduation ceremony. Students who submit transcripts after Friday, May 16, 2008 will have degrees mailed to them after graduation.

Avoid Surprises

Plan ahead to make sure things go smoothly on graduation day.
Your diploma cannot be issued until:

  • You have met all academic requirements for graduation.
  • You return all library materials and/or pay all overdue fines.
  • Your account with the business office is paid in full.
  • You sign financial aid forms and/or schedule an exit interview.
  • All "HOLDS" are removed from your account.
